Ivy's Tea Co. accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ivy's Tea Co. ships weekly, every Saturday. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are shipped, First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail based on customer-selected shipping rate.
USPS transit times vary per state, but First Class and Priority Mail are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
During the holiday season, the USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.
You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email.
If you receive free shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. No exceptions.
We are not responsible for delayed packages, packages delivered to the wrong address or lost packages. The best way to find out what may be causing a delay in the delivery of your order after it has been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly.
Orders over $50 will require a signature confirmation at the time of delivery during the holiday season.
During high volume times, processing may take up to 10 business days. We ship on Saturdays only.
We are careful to package orders, but transit can cause damage to your items. We're not responsible for handling of packages by USPS, but we want you to be happy and will work with you to replace your damaged items.
If your package is damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the damage.
