Ivy's Tea Co. accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ivy's Tea Co. ships Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are shipped, First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail based on customer-selected shipping rate.
USPS transit times vary per state, but First Class and Priority Mail are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
During the holiday season, the USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.
You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email.
If you receive free shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. No exceptions.
We are not responsible for delayed packages, packages delivered to the wrong address or lost packages. The best way to find out what may be causing a delay in the delivery of your order after it has been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly.
Orders over $50 will require a signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, but during high volume times, processing may take up to 10 business days.
We are careful to package orders, but transit can cause damage to your items. We're not responsible for handling of packages by USPS, but we want you to be happy and will work with you to replace your damaged items.
If your package is damaged, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
We do not accept returns or exchange products for any reason. All sales are final. Please confirm all details, including shipping address before checking out. If you have questions, feel free to email Ivy's Tea Co. at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tips & Tricks

If you've provided the wrong shipping address, you may be able to request that USPS intercept the package. Click here for more information.
Contact the USPS to hold mail, so that you can pick up your package at a later time, so your packages aren't on your doorstep.
