Shipping

Ivy's Tea Co. accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ivy's Tea Co. ships weekly, every Saturday, it may take up to one week before your order ships. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are shipped, First Class Mail or Priority Mail. 

We are currently experiencing a very high order volume. Processing and shipping times are currently extended and it may take 15 business days to ship your order. 

During the busy seasons, we might experience delays. Additionally, the USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.

You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email.

If you receive free shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for delayed packages, packages delivered to the wrong address or lost packages. The best way to find out what may be causing a delay in the delivery of your order after it has been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly.

We are not responsible for damage to your product during transit. We package all items safely and securely. If your item is damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for filing the claim. 

We do not ship internationally or to military bases outside of the US.

USPS UPDATE

The USPS is currently experiencing severe shipping and delivery delays that are outside of our control. Please give your package time to show up and check with your neighbors/leasing office, if your package is marked 'delivered' but is not at your doorstep or in your mailbox. You must also file a claim with the USPS. If your package does not show up after 7 days, please contact hello@ivystea.com and we will reship your items with signature confirmation only. 

Signature Confirmation

Orders over $50 will require a signature confirmation at the time of delivery during the holiday season.

Order Processing

During high volume times, processing may take up to 15 business days. We currently ship on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Damaged Packages

We are careful to package orders, but transit can cause damage to your items. We're not responsible for handling of packages by USPS, but we want you to be happy and will work with you to replace your damaged items. 

If your package is damaged, please send an email to hello@ivystea.com with your order number and photos of the damage. 

Returns/Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchange products for any reason. All sales are final. Please confirm all details, including shipping address before checking out. If you have questions, feel free to email Ivy's Tea Co. at hello@ivystea.com.
