Shipping

Ivy's Tea Co. ships Monday through Saturday. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are shipped via USPS. 

The USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.

You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email or text when your item ships.

We are not responsible for delayed packages, packages delivered to the wrong address or lost packages. The best way to find out what may be causing a delay in the delivery of your order after it has been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your item is damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. Once you file a claim, email us and we can either replace the item or issue a store credit. 

We currently ship Monday through Saturday between 10 am to 2 pm.

Addresses

We do not make address changes for ANY reason. Please be certain that your shipping address is correct when you check out. 

USPS UPDATE

The USPS is currently experiencing severe shipping and delivery delays that are outside of our control. Please give your package time to show up and check with your neighbors/leasing office. If your package is marked 'delivered' but is not at your doorstep or in your mailbox. If your order is not delivered, you must contact the USPS. You must file a claim with the USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Damaged Packages

We are careful to package orders, but transit can cause damage to your items. We're not responsible for handling of packages by USPS.

If your package is damaged, please send an email to hello@ivystea.com with your order number, photos of the damage and your USPS case number. 

Local Pickup

We offer contactless pick up for anyone in the DMV area, that's DC, Maryland and Virginia. 

Currently, we offer same day pickup, Monday-Wednesday and Friday (9 am - 4 pm), Thursday (9 am - 6 pm), and Saturday (9 am - 11 am).

How to pickup:

  1. Drive to our location: 4471 Nicole Drive, Lanham, MD 20706
  2. Text us @ 240-393-0079 with your: Name, Order number, Make/Model of your car and the car color.
  3. Someone will be right out with your order.

When you place your order, please be certain to select Local Pickup as your delivery option. If you select shipping, then you will be charged shipping fees and your order will be shipped. No exceptions. 

Your items must be picked up on the Saturday the week your order is placed. If your order isn't picked up, it will be restocked. You'll get a store credit for amount of your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee. 

Returns/Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchange products for any reason. All sales are final. Please confirm all details, including shipping address before checking out.

If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. At that time, we will issue a store credit. We do not offer refunds.
